As we embark on our 2nd year, we are looking for a Senior Financial Services Recruiter to join our young, fast-growing firm.
Responsibilities
- Write and post Financial Services job descriptions
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
- Coordinate with hiring authorities to forecast department goals and hiring requirements
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
- Participate in conferences and meetups to network with Financial Services professionals
- Keep up-to-date with new Financial Services trends and products
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Financial Services Recruiter
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats
- Financial expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for Financial Services roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
- BS in Human Resources Management, Accounting/Finance or relevant degree
